You paste the code… and forget to hit Apply.
The coupon doesn't activate by itself. After pasting it into the checkout field, you have to click the little yellow "Apply" arrow next to it. If you don't, Amazon charges full price and the discount is lost. We show you exactly how below.
How to apply your coupon in 4 steps
Follow the exact order. Step 3 is the most important — read it twice.
Add the product to your cart
Open the qchulo deal link that takes you to Amazon, make sure it's the right product and click "Add to Cart". The coupon only works if the product is in your cart — it can't be applied from the product page.
Go to Checkout
Click the cart (top right) then the yellow "Proceed to checkout" button. Amazon will ask you to confirm your address and payment method — keep going until the final order-review screen.
Paste the code and click the "Apply" arrow
Find the "Gift cards & promotional codes" section on the payment page. Paste the code exactly as it was sent (no spaces, matching case) and click the yellow arrow to the right of the field. That arrow is the "Apply" button — without it, the coupon won't activate.

Order summary
Verify the discount and complete the purchase
Before hitting "Place your order", look at the Order summary on the right. It should show a discount line (something like "Coupon: −$20.00") and the final, lowered total. If everything looks right, complete the purchase — you saved without any effort.
Questions everyone asks
Why isn't my code working?
Three common causes: (1) the code has an extra space from copying — delete it and paste it clean. (2) the code is case-sensitive — type it exactly as received. (3) the product in your cart isn't the same as the deal — check seller, color and model.
Can I apply the code on the product page?
No. Amazon only accepts the code at checkout, after adding the product to your cart and clicking "Proceed to checkout". If you try it on the product page, there won't be any field to paste it.
Do I have to click the arrow, or is there another button?
Just the arrow. Once you paste the code, the "Apply" button appears as a yellow arrow to the right of the field. Without clicking it, the code is only typed but not applied. After you click, the discount shows instantly in the order summary.
Does the coupon have an expiry date?
Most do. Promo codes are usually time-limited (hours or days). If you got a qchulo coupon, use it as soon as possible. If it expired, Amazon shows a "code has expired" or "no longer valid" message.
Can I combine it with other discounts or coupons?
It depends on the coupon. Some codes stack with Prime discounts, lightning deals or clippable product coupons — others don't. Easiest approach: apply the code and check that the discount shows in the summary. If it adds up, continue; if not, try another combo.
Does it work the same in the Amazon mobile app?
Yes, the process is practically identical. In the app, the promo code field appears lower on the checkout screen — scroll until you see it, paste the code and tap the arrow. Same principle: no click, no discount.
